Equiom has announced the promotions of Fiona Noon and Robin McCauley in its Isle of Man business.
Fiona has taken the role of Head of Fiduciary Services, Isle of Man. This is to support Managing Director Nina Johnston in her wider remit which now includes oversight of Equiom’s tax and VAT offering, Equiom Tax Services Limited (ETSL), as well as the fiduciary side of the business. Fiona is responsible for the overall operation and performance of fiduciary services and leads an experienced team of 60 specialists and administrators. With more than 25 years’ industry experience and having worked at Equiom for 16 of those, Fiona is the trusted advisor to several key clients and plays a vital role, alongside Nina, in the successful performance of one of the group’s largest functions.
To further support the fiduciary leadership team and account for an expanding client base, Robin McCauley has been promoted to Client Services Director. Robin already acts as relationship lead for a variety of clients, having developed strong relationships with them and their advisors and now takes on additional responsibility for oversight of a cross section of the organisation’s leading clients. With more than 18 years in the industry, Robin has amassed considerable fiduciary and corporate experience and has managed a wide range of complex structures for international clients.
Together with Nina, Fiona and Robin join Charles Crossley, Paul Howland, Steve Gray, Ben McLean, Rob Cattle and David Shefford to make up Equiom’s Senior Client Management team in the Isle of Man. In addition to their fiduciary duties managing existing client structures, they each play an active role in promoting Equiom’s capabilities within the international private wealth arena.
Nina Johnston, Managing Director, commented:
‘I congratulate Fiona and Robin on their new roles – both promotions are thoroughly well-deserved. Our people are our best asset as a business, and I am thrilled to be able to demonstrate the opportunity for progression within our business and reward Fiona and Robin for their commitment and dedication to their roles and our clients. Both Fiona and Robin have considerable experience managing complex structures for international clients and they always put their clients at the heart of everything they do. They are proactive, solutions-based individuals and provide invaluable support to ensure the smooth operation of the business. I wish them both all the very best for their continued success.’
