Equiom Isle of Man is pleased to announce the promotion of Fiona Noon to Client Services Director. With more than 25 years’ fiduciary experience, Fiona has worked at Equiom since 2005, assuming various managerial positions before being appointed to the board.
Previously senior manager in the Client Services department, Fiona has gained substantial experience in leading teams, building client relationships and overseeing the day-to-day administration and management of a varied portfolio of structures with particular emphasis on property structures, trading entities, investment holdings and offshore trusts. In her new role, Fiona has responsibility for overseeing a number of client services teams in Equiom’s Isle of Man office ensuring the highest levels of service delivery in line with internal procedures and external regulatory requirements.
Fiona commented on her appointment:
‘Providing high quality service to clients has always been one of Equiom’s key objectives. Having built up strong relationships over the years with long-standing clients and advisors, I know that remaining client-focused is central to what we do. I am excited to continue the drive for client service excellence in my new role, ensuring that this positive ethos filters down to all client services teams within the business. As a member of the board I am also keen to be involved in decisions that will help shape the future of Equiom. It is an exciting time for the growth of the Isle of Man business and I am thrilled to take on a more involved role.’
