Nina Johnston  TEP

As Managing Director, Nina is responsible for the performance of Equiom’s Isle of Man team, comprising the fiduciary and tax businesses. She is passionate about client service excellence, delivering business growth and making Equiom in the Isle of Man a great place to work while nurturing future talent. 

With 30 years’ experience working with private and corporate clients on a wide variety of wealth planning structures, Nina has provided guidance and fiduciary support to a myriad of clients. Her experience spans real estate structuring (commercial and residential), luxury asset ownership, corporate pensions & savings plans and multi-generational/multi-asset succession planning structures. 

In recent years, Nina has played a significant part in the growth of business from the Middle East and the implementation of the innovative DEWS (DIFC Employee Workplace Savings) Plan. 

Nina is a member of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and has been recognised by several awarding bodies for her leadership.
