High standards of payroll and HMRC compliance
We can provide you with:
- End to end payroll processing of your payroll by a dedicated payroll associate ensuring that you are HMRC compliant. We maintain your employee data, calculate net pay, statutory deductions, pensions, third party deductions such as court orders & childcare vouchers and submit to HMRC on your behalf and provide a suite of reports each frequency as per your requirements. We use a secure portal for the transfer of data and to store employee payslips and documents for easy access.
- HMRC compliance: while ensuring that your payroll is compliant with HMRC regulations we can also liaise with HMRC on your behalf once registered as authorised agents.
- Auto Enrolment administration: we can set up and administer your auto enrolment pension scheme and ensure you are compliant with The Pensions Regulator.
- PAYE registration: if you do not yet have a PAYE ('pay as you earn') established for your registered company we can liaise with HMRC to arrange set up on your behalf to coincide with setting up your payroll.
- BACS: we can facilitate a three-day process to transfer funds from your company account directly to your employees on their payment due date, make payments to HMRC for liabilities and any other third party payments. Our Treasury department can also facilitate your payments and collections.
- Employee Benefits: whether your employees’ benefits are payrolled or you are required to file by P11D or PSA process, our payroll or statutory accounts departments provide a comprehensive solution.
- HR and Time & Attendance System: we can integrate with various providers and systems.
