We provide independent, non-executive director services to alternative investment funds and their associated entities. Our services assist Institutional Asset Managers by providing independent oversight of the vehicles they manage in support of their capital raising activities.

Our independent directors have an average of 20 years of industry experience before taking on this role. This supports the diversity of knowledge and backgrounds that we bring to our director service offering.  Our directors are fully supported by a dedicated administrative support team and provide objective oversight of alternative products driven by the needs of investors, service providers and regulatory authorities. Our independent directors ensure proper checks and balances exist throughout the life of the fund. We understand our responsibilities as directors from both a legal and regulatory perspective. We remain up to date with changes in the regulatory environment and current trends with alternative investment funds. We are completely independent of the investment manager and all fund service providers ensuring there are no conflicts of interest.
