Sean Flynn  

Sean serves as an independent director on several Cayman Islands-based alternative investment funds and investment management companies. 

Sean has spent more than 30 years in the alternative investment funds and investment management sectors, and has significant hedge fund administration experience. Previously, Sean was a Managing Director at UBS where he had global responsibility for all of its hedge fund administration business which he started in 1992 and built to over US$130 billion in assets under administration. 

Sean joined Equiom following the acquisition of HF Funds Services Ltd in June 2020, a company he co-founded in 2007. 

Sean is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ireland and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) degree from University College Dublin.
