Mark Lindsay  LLB (Hons), Dip LP

Mark is Head of our Employee Retirement and Reward Services, leading the group’s specialist trustee and administration service delivery to a portfolio of multinational corporate clients, with a focus on employee incentives and compensation packages. 

He drives the strategic development and delivery of world-class Employee Retirement and Reward solutions for our international client base, working closely with Equiom’s highly skilled practitioners to enhance and expand our service offerings.  

Mark has over 25 years of experience in the employee retirement and reward industry, including his previous role as Global Solutions Director, Employee Benefits at TMF Group. He has led globally operating practices, delivering trust, administration, and technology solutions for international pensions, savings, and share plans.  

As a legal adviser and trustee, he has played a key role in the structuring of, and advising colleagues in respect of, international pension and savings solutions for multinational employers operating across jurisdictions including the Channel Islands, mainland Europe, the UAE, South and Central America, Singapore and Hong Kong. He has also been instrumental in the creation of an innovative new savings plan product offered in Jersey for multinational employers amongst others.  

Mark provides strategic oversight to ensure seamless, efficient, and high-quality service delivery, aligning best practices across our global teams to meet the evolving needs of multinational organisations and their employees.  

Mark is a solicitor qualified to practice in Scotland, England & Wales, a member of The Association of Pension Lawyers, The International Pension and Employee Benefits Law Association and the Jersey Pensions Association.
