Director, Employee Retirement & Reward Services

Natalie is a Director of our Employee Retirement and Reward Services, supporting the business in enhancing service delivery and implementation. She works closely with our specialist trustee and administration teams across the group to ensure high-quality solutions for a portfolio of multinational corporate clients, with a focus on employee incentives and compensation packages. 

Natalie has worked in the employee retirement and reward industry since 2008, with extensive experience in business development and innovation in this space. She has led key projects, including the procurement, development, and implementation of a new online technology platform for administering employee share plans, with a particular focus on management incentive plans.  

Her role encompasses the growth and sale of our international employee retirement and reward services, ensuring seamless global implementation, while overseeing business performance, process management, and regulatory compliance. Natalie provides technical guidance and supports colleagues, drawing on her extensive international experience in employee share plans. Throughout her career she has supported on technical matters spanning the Channel Islands, UK, Singapore, Hong Kong, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and the UAE, making her an invaluable resource in navigating complex regulatory environments.  

Natalie is a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute of the UK & Ireland, achieved a Distinction grade in the Tapestry Certificate in Employee Share Plans and holds a Certificate in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors.
