Mary Craven  

Mary plays a key role in the onboarding, operational oversight and ongoing service delivery of Equiom's Employee Retirement & Reward Services offering, including employee savings, pension and end of service benefit plans.

She works closely with plan administrators, providers, advisers and colleagues across Equiom's global network to support the successful implementation and ongoing management of these arrangements for both new and existing clients.

Mary is committed to delivering a high standard of client service while contributing to the continued development of Equiom's Global Employee Retirement & Reward Services offering.

Prior to joining Equiom, Mary spent almost 18 years with a leading international life assurance and wealth management provider, holding a range of operational, governance and management roles supporting international corporate savings, pension and group risk arrangements.

Mary is a qualified member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), having achieved the STEP Diploma with Merit. Her specialist knowledge of trust law and practice, trustee responsibilities, company law and international compliance supports her work at Equiom.
