Fiona is responsible for the overall operation and performance of the fiduciary teams in Equiom (Isle of Man) Limited. Leading an experienced and motivated team of fiduciary specialists and administrators she ensures clients always experience the highest levels of customer service. She provides the team with technical support and guidance, enabling them to develop their knowledge and skills to be the best they can be.
During her 16 years at Equiom Fiona has built strong relationships with a number of Equiom’s key clients and continues to be their main point of contact having become a trusted advisor to many.
After more than 25 years working in the industry Fiona has gained considerable experience in managing a wide range of complex structures for international clients with a particular emphasis on property structures, trading entities, investment holdings and offshore trusts. She currently sits on the board of a number of client companies.
Having joined Equiom in 2005, she assumed various managerial positions before being promoted to Client Service Director in 2018, responsible for the Corporate & Real Estate business line. In 2019 Fiona played a key part in the establishment of the innovative DIFC Employee Workplace Saving (DEWS) plan for which Equiom is Master Trustee, working closely with the DIFC and the Dubai Financial Services Authority.
Fiona is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and recently joined the committee of the Association of Pension Service Providers (APSP) in the Isle of Man.
