Jamie Hillion  

With over 13 years’ experience in the financial services industry, Jamie specialises in supporting multinational clients and intermediaries across a range of complex corporate structures. His expertise spans the management of entities holding diverse asset classes, including financial investments, commercial and residential real estate, luxury assets and intellectual property. 

Jamie has a particular interest in employee incentive solutions and has worked with several employment companies to implement and manage successful schemes through offshore structures. His approach is driven by a focus on efficiency and client service excellence, earning a reputation for his calm, pragmatic style and proactive mindset. 

Jamie plays a key role in supporting the Jersey team to ensure the delivery of exceptional corporate services, while consistently upholding Equiom’s values to the highest standard. 

As a full member of STEP, Jamie holds a Diploma in International Trust Management and was recognised as a silver award winner in the 2024 Citywealth Future Leader Initiative.
