Amanda Reid  ATT, CIOT

Amanda specialises in providing advisory and compliance support to high-net-worth individuals and their offshore structures, helping them navigate their UK and Isle of Man tax obligations. She also advises trustees of offshore trusts on UK and Isle of Man tax exposures, inheritance tax matters, the UK Trust Registration Service, and the application of UK anti-avoidance provisions. 

 In addition, Amanda supports corporate entities in relation to Isle of Man Economic Substance requirements and Isle of Man corporate income tax matters, delivering practical and tailored advice to meet their specific needs.  

With more than 15 years’ experience in UK and Isle of Man taxation, Amanda has developed extensive expertise in advising individuals, trusts and corporate entities on a broad range of tax issues. 

Amanda is a Chartered Tax Adviser and a member of both the Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT). She also serves as a committee member of the Isle of Man branch of CIOT.
