Carolyn Gelling  Chartered FCSI, Chartered Wealth Manager, Dip IoD

Carolyn is a member of the board of Equiom (Isle of Man) Limited and leads its corporate services division, setting and executing strategy to support business growth and ensuring that all regulatory, compliance and corporate governance requirements are met. As part of her role, Carolyn works closely with a number of Equiom’s key clients, across both corporate services and private wealth, ensuring delivery of the highest service levels. Carolyn also leads Equiom Group’s investment management and banking oversight and selection process across the Crown Dependencies.  

Carolyn has more than 25 years' experience in the financial services industry and has held senior roles. A technical investment manager by training, her career has encompassed asset management, corporate governance, corporate finance, listing of debt and equity, capital markets, private markets and strategic business development for private clients and their structures, institutional clients, charities, funds and financial services businesses for whom she has held board and trustee positions. 

Carolyn has completed the Institute of Directors Diploma in Company Direction (Masters Level), she is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment and a Chartered Wealth Manager. Carolyn currently serves as a Committee Member of the Institute of Directors Isle of Man branch and acts as a Trustee and Director for an Isle of Man Charity.
