Vicky oversees multiple client services teams in the Isle of Man, ensuring Equiom’s clients receive exceptional service and remain fully compliant with internal procedures and external regulatory requirements. She serves as a senior point of contact for several of Equiom’s key client relationships, providing strategic oversight and trusted guidance.
With over 20 years of industry experience, Vicky brings deep expertise in fiduciary services, governance, and operational management. Prior to joining Equiom, she held a senior management role at a fiduciary services provider, where she led the Isle of Man client service and accounting teams and delivered key operational projects, including the successful implementation of Laserfiche.
Earlier in her career, Vicky was part of the management team at the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority, where she oversaw a portfolio of Class 4 and 5 licence holders. Her regulatory background complements her fiduciary experience, giving her a well-rounded perspective on compliance and client service excellence.
Vicky is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and serves as a Director of STEP Isle of Man. She is an experienced trustee and director, known for her structured approach, collaborative leadership style, and commitment to delivering results.
