Vicky Stables  ACIS, CMGR, MCMI

Vicky is the Managing Director of Equiom (Jersey) Limited, where she is responsible for the performance, leadership, and strategic direction of the Jersey office. In this capacity, she oversees key business functions, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of exceptional client service across the teams diverse corporate and private client offerings. 

With more than 25 years of experience in the fiduciary and wealth management industry, Vicky brings a global perspective and deep expertise in managing relationships with high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients, particularly across Asia and the Far and Middle East. Her specialisms include wealth structuring, governance, and oversight of complex asset portfolios. She also holds directorships and contributes to risk and compliance committees. 

Vicky joined Equiom in April 2024 as Head of Private Wealth and Family Office – Jersey, a role in which she quickly established strong relationships and developed a comprehensive understanding of the firm’s culture and client base. This experience laid a solid foundation for her transition to Managing Director. In her current role, she continues to champion client-centric values, leveraging her deep understanding of international client needs and structuring solutions to advance Equiom Jersey’s position within the group and the global market. 

Vicky is an Associate of the Corporate Governance Institute and a Chartered Manager with the Chartered Management Institute. She also holds certificates in Islamic Finance and Offshore Administration. Her contributions to the industry have been recognised with accolades including Citywealth IFC Powerwoman and Future Leader awards.
