Novia is a Commercial Director at Equiom, based in Hong Kong, where she supports business development and client engagement across the business, working with private client, institutional and corporate stakeholders.
She has over 18 years’ experience in the financial and fiduciary services industry, having worked with international corporate and trust services providers across multiple jurisdictions. Novia brings extensive experience in global structuring, with a particular focus on advising high-net-worth individuals, their families and businesses on pre-IPO trust structures and employment incentive arrangements, including Employee Share Ownership Plans and Employee Benefit Trusts.
Novia works closely with professional intermediaries across the region, including offshore law firms, insurance companies, accounting and tax advisory firms, company secretarial providers and banks.
She is a Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) with STEP, a member of Certified Trust Practitioners (CTP), and a member of the China Development Sub-Committee of the Hong Kong Trustees’ Association (jointly with STEP Hong Kong). Novia also serves as an EXCO member with STEP. She speaks fluent English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Fujianese.
