As an Executive Director, Bruce is responsible for the effective delivery of Equiom Guernsey’s fiduciary services model and day to day operations, along with working with the other board members to ensure that the company is compliant with all regulatory and statutory matters.
Bruce has more than 25 years’ professional experience working in the regulated financial services industry as a trusted advisor. Much of his day-to-day work involves working with best-in-practice professionals to implement properly advised, bespoke structures, often involving complex, multi-jurisdictional elements and ensuring they are managed with a high emphasis on professional, proactive and personal care.
He has Executive and Non-Executive Director board level experience with various types of entities including listed companies, partnerships, trusts, and private and charitable foundations, and specialises in ultra-high net worth estate and succession planning, real estate, corporate acquisitions and specialist trust and pension arrangements.
Bruce holds a bachelor's degree in Geology and a master's degree in Engineering Geology, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
