Wendie Popering leads the Operations for Equiom in the Middle East, where she plays a pivotal role in overseeing client services, operational delivery, and the enhancement of systems and processes across the region. With a rich background spanning over two decades, Wendie has cultivated extensive expertise in Corporate Services, Client Success Management, Management & IT Consulting, Operations Management, Change & Transformation and Programme Management. Her career is marked by significant achievements in growing businesses and developing talent within global multinational organisations, with a special focus on the financial services and professional services industries. 

Wendie's international experience is particularly notable, having managed large, complex projects and cross-functional teams both globally and regionally. Her educational background includes a Master of Science in Business Administration, highlighting her deep understanding of business dynamics and strategic execution. 

Originally from the Netherlands, Wendie has been contributing her skills and knowledge to the Middle East for over five years. She is a polyglot, fluent in Dutch, English, and German, with conversational abilities in Spanish, and is currently embracing the challenge of learning Arabic. This linguistic versatility enhances her ability to lead diverse teams and manage multinational projects effectively.
