Vicky Kinrade  TEP

Vicky is an Executive Director in Equiom’s Private Wealth and Family Office team and a member of the Equiom Isle of Man Board. An experienced trustee and director, she oversees client services operations, including team performance, resource management, and service delivery. Vicky acts as a senior point of contact for several key client relationships, providing strategic direction and trusted guidance.
 
With over 20 years of industry experience, Vicky has extensive expertise in fiduciary services, governance, and operational management. Before joining Equiom, she held a senior management role at a fiduciary services provider, leading the Isle of Man client service and accounting teams and delivering major operational projects such as the implementation of Laserfiche.
 
Vicky previously worked at the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority, where she oversaw a portfolio of Class 4 and 5 licence holders. Her regulatory experience complements her fiduciary background, giving her a strong and balanced perspective on compliance and client service excellence.
 
She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and a Director of STEP Isle of Man, recognised for her structured approach, collaborative leadership style, and commitment to high standards.
