Thomas Martin  

Thomas has overall responsibility for leading the group-wide IT strategy including infrastructure, software development, cybersecurity, information governance and data protection.

His day-to-day role involves supporting Equiom’s global growth strategy by liaising with key stakeholders and external advisors to identify business requirements.

In parallel to ensuring that the firm has a robust and future proof operating environment, Thomas and his team define and adapt the firm’s technology strategy to evolving business, regulatory and industry developments so that Equiom remains relevant and attractive to both clients and employees.

A strategic-minded leader, Thomas has more than 25 years’ experience working in IT with extensive knowledge of delivering effective solutions in fast-moving environments. His specialisms include cloud adoption and migrations, identity and access management, Next Generation cybersecurity and M&A integrations.
