Sharon Yam  BSc, TEP

Sharon is the Regional Head of Asia at Equiom, specialising in private wealth, fiduciary, and corporate services. She leads Equiom’s business across the Asia region, driving strategic growth, and operational excellence. 
 
With over 20 years of global private client and corporate experience, Sharon has held senior leadership and board positions at fiduciary and corporate businesses, financial institutions, and asset management companies, including Ocorian, TMF, BNP Paribas Private Bank, and Citigroup. 
 
Sharon’s career is distinguished by her expertise in business transformation, change management, and corporate governance. She has worked across multiple international markets, including London, Switzerland, Hong Kong, the Philippines, Malaysia, and Singapore. Collaborating with clients and teams worldwide, she delivers innovative, solution focused strategies for long term success. 
 
Sharon is a Senior Accredited Director of the Singapore Institute of Directors, a Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP), and a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
