Reeja leads Equiom’s corporate services team in Singapore, delivering bespoke solutions that meet the precise needs of both current and prospective clients. She manages a full spectrum of services—including strategic advisory, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, company secretarial support and tailored fiduciary structures—ensuring seamless execution from initial engagement through ongoing administration.

With over 15 years’ experience in corporate secretarial and governance roles, Reeja supports a diverse portfolio of local and international clients through intricate regulatory environments. She blends rigorous legal expertise with innovative thinking to uncover new opportunities, optimise processes, and maintain the highest standards of compliance.

Reeja holds an LL. B from the University of Kerala, is a Chartered Secretary and an Associate Member of the Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore (CSIS). Her combination of technical acumen and dedication to client success makes her a key member of the Equiom team.
