Marie McNeela  

Marie is responsible for the overall operation and performance of Equiom in Guernsey, ensuring that the business aligns with the Group strategy.  
 
As Head of Channel Islands, Marie oversees the key business functions in the jurisdiction, providing leadership for strategic planning and reporting, while supporting our people to cultivate deep client relationships. She also ensures the business remains fully compliant with all regulatory and statutory requirements. 

With over 25 years of experience in financial services, Marie is recognised for her exceptional service standards and has a proven track record in wealth management, financial structuring, and strong client and intermediary relationships. 

With her vast expertise in fiduciary, corporate, and funds businesses, she is well-equipped to provide excellent support to high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients across varying industries and jurisdictions. 

Prior to joining Equiom, Marie held various leadership roles including serving as the Country Head, Managing Director, and Head of Corporate and Legal Solutions across Guernsey, the UK, and Ireland at Intertrust Group (now CSC) as well as being a former Executive Director of Rothschild Trust business in Guernsey and a Private Family Office.  She also worked in the UK and Cayman prior to moving to Guernsey.

Marie holds the Institute of Directors Diploma in Corporate Governance as well as being a full STEP member. She previously served as a committee member of the Institute of Directors (Guernsey Branch) and the Guernsey Association of Trustees and was a Non-Executive Director of Guernsey Finance.
