Equiom (Netherlands) B.V. was established in June 2020 following the acquisition of Borean Corporate & Financial Services B.V., a Dutch Central Bank licensed corporate services provider with a focus on high level corporate and financial trust services. This acquisition helped strengthen Equiom's presence in Europe.
