Vanessa leads a corporate services team managing various complex corporate structures for our institutional and corporate clients, covering a broad range of market sectors and assets. She ensures Equiom’s clients benefit from the highest levels of customer service and compliance standards aligned with established procedures and regulatory frameworks.
With over 19 years of experience in the offshore and financial services sector, Vanessa has a wealth of experience in corporate administration solutions, including specialist knowledge in Shari’ah compliant structuring, administration and accounting services, having previously led a team specialising in this area.
Recognised for her exceptional capabilities in navigating regulatory landscapes and delivering operational excellence, she has in-depth experience in administering a diverse range of offshore structures such as Employee Benefit Trusts and Compensation Strategies, Individual and Group Pension Schemes, Private Discretionary Trusts, Special Purpose Vehicles, Foundations, and Partnerships. Vanessa also has experience of board appointments to client managed entities.
Vanessa holds a Bsc Honours Degree in Management with Trust and Estates, and is a member of STEP.
