Tina forms part of the Equiom Global Leadership Team and holds a seat on the Global Executive Committee. Tina is passionate about HR’s role in business success and is responsible for the design and delivery of a creative and commercial people strategy across the Equiom Group.
With more than 25 years working in the offshore financial and professional services industry she has held senior HR roles in Fiduciary, Investment, Banking, Wealth Management and Consultancy businesses, globally. Tina's expertise spans the Crown Dependencies, Caribbean islands, the city of London, South Africa, and Mauritius.
Tina is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, holds an MSc in Management (with distinction) and the IOD Certificate in Company Direction.
