Steve is responsible for overseeing the management of complex ownership structures ensuring Equiom’s clients benefit from the highest levels of customer service.
He has more than 28 years' experience within the trust and corporate service sector, split between London and the Isle of Man. Steve has extensive expertise and understanding of market and regulatory changes and is approved by the FSA to act as a director of client companies.
Steve has a broad knowledge of the holding of various classes of assets via corporate, trust and partnership structures, including property, investments and funds. In addition he is a key contributor to the strategy for Equiom’s shipping service line, overseeing the shipping team and the provision of corporate structuring, ship registration and Representative Person services to Equiom’s Isle of Man shipping clients.
