Pearse has served as an independent director for over 10 years on several alternative investment funds and investment management companies. He specialises in alternative hedge funds, accounting and directorships.
He has spent more than 20 years in the asset management and fund sectors, and has experience in multiple offshore fund jurisdictions including Ireland, Bermuda, Cayman, Canada and Luxembourg. Previously he was an Executive Director for UBS Fund Services Luxembourg, with assets under administration in excess of $150 billion. Pearse joined Equiom following the acquisition of HF Fund Services Ltd in June 2020.
Pearse holds a degree in Business Studies from the University of Limerick, a diploma in Business and Finance from Staffordshire University, is a Chartered Professional Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant from Nova Scotia, Canada.
