Kathryn Miller  

Kathryn is committed to delivering exceptional personal service to both current and prospective clients. She works closely with Equiom’s senior leadership and management teams, focusing on Corporate Services in the Middle East, which encompasses structuring, administration, and management. 

In her role, Kathryn ensures that services provided to both managed and non-managed client entities - covering areas such as licensing and regulatory compliance, corporate governance, company secretariat support, incorporation, structuring, and internal administration are effectively met. She excels in establishing and nurturing client relationships and assisting them in initiating or expanding their businesses operations across various jurisdictions. 

With over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, Kathryn is a valuable member of the Equiom team. She has experience managing a variety of Islamic Finance investment structures with varied administrative and operational requirements. She has also administered a variety of private equity fund structures with expertise spanning a wide range of asset classes and, more recently, has focused on real estate investing.
