Jon Millam joined Equiom in November 2023 as the Group Chief Financial Officer. He oversees the company's financial operations and is a member of the Equiom Executive Committee. As the CFO he leads teams across multiple jurisdictions and is responsible for all planning and reporting activity as well as representing the company to both internal and external stakeholders.
Jon has 20+ years of experience in international financial services companies, most recently at the Hawksford Group. Prior to that Jon was the CFO at Kingswood, an AIM Listed wealth management business. He began his professional career with British Airways before joining American Express, where he performed a number of commercial and FP&A roles. Jon also worked at Equiniti, a provider of shareholder and pension services, as the Group FP&A Finance Director.
He holds a Business Studies degree from the University of Brighton and is a Chartered Global Management Accountant.
