Andrew Cardwell  BA (Hons), ACA

Andrew is responsible for the delivery of UK and Isle of Man direct taxation services to a wide variety of clients.

He advises UK and Isle of Man resident clients on personal taxation, UK inheritance tax and capital gains tax, residence and domicile issues, and the UK anti-avoidance provisions applicable to offshore trust and company structures, providing advice to trustees and beneficiaries in relation to UK tax exposures. Andrew also deals with cross-border tax issues, employment taxes and UK and Isle of Man corporate tax matters.

Andrew has over 30 years’ experience in accountancy and tax consultancy, specialising in private client taxation services and offshore trust structures for the last 24 years. 

He holds an honours degree in Accountancy from Manchester University and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
