Allister oversees the strategic growth and performance of the corporate services team in Guernsey. As Director, Corporate Services, he provides leadership across the function, overseeing client service delivery, team performance, governance, and operational excellence. He works closely with colleagues across the business to support growth, maintain high service standards, and ensure services are delivered in line with regulatory and Group requirements.
With more than 20 years of experience in the trust and company sector, Allister has worked with licensed corporate service providers in Guernsey, administering a wide range of complex corporate and fiduciary structures. His experience spans corporate entities holding diverse asset classes, employee benefit trusts, pension arrangements, and other bespoke structures for international clients including private equity houses and listed companies.
Prior to joining Equiom in December 2025, Allister was a Client Director within the corporate services team at CSC. During his career, he has held a number of senior positions and has also held executive directorships within licensed fiduciary businesses acting as trustees and corporate directors. He has developed significant expertise in corporate governance, trust and company administration, company law, regulatory compliance, and the operation of licensed fiduciary businesses.
Known for his practical and collaborative approach, Allister is focused on building strong client relationships, developing high-performing teams, and supporting the continued growth of Equiom's corporate services offering in Guernsey.
