Helen is involved in many areas of tax, in particular those relating to offshore trusts and estates. She advises settlors and beneficiaries on the tax effects of receiving distributions and benefits from offshore trusts and on mitigating their tax liabilities. Helen also provides estate planning and general tax advice to both local and UK individuals as well as non-UK domiciliaries.

Glenn advises Equiom's clients on the implications of newly introduced UK taxes affecting the holding of UK properties, and manages enquiries and investigations raised by HM Revenue and Customs and the Isle of Man Income Tax Division.

Faisal is part of the Savills Residential Research team, specialising in the Scotland and Northern England markets and the forces that shape them. Faisal monitors trends in the development and new homes sectors and produces bespoke reports for national and regional builders, investors and financial institutions.

Steven is responsible for Savills' research and consultancy for science related and office property markets outside of central London. His experience includes a wide variety of research consultancy projects, in all property sectors, for investors, developers, owners and occupiers.

Alec acts for a variety of banks, solicitors, developers, trusts and private clients providing valuation of prime central London residential assets including single unit properties, development sites, portfolios and mixed use buildings. Alec also specialises in tax driven residential calculations, in particular ATED, IHT and NRCGT.

Simon’s expertise lies in valuations for capital gains and inheritance tax purposes, properties held by companies, non-domiciles and offshore trusts and Charities Act valuations. He regularly presents to trustees, trust companies and legal associations and gives talks for professional training.
