Bernice Harte  BA (Hons), ACCA

Bernice oversees Equiom's fund services business, offering complete administration solutions for funds, specifically focused towards alternative asset classes and special purpose vehicles.

Working closely with the Luxembourg team, Bernice ensures that Equiom's fund services are promoted worldwide while maintaining and developing key strategic fund relationships. 

She has more than 20 years’ experience in the Luxembourg fund industry having held senior management positions at several large banking organisations, servicing an extensive range of fund product types and asset classes. Bernice has in-depth knowledge and experience of the Luxembourg fund regulatory environment and has proven abilities to effectively partner with clients, ensuring the successful operation of their fund product.

Bernice joined Equiom in December 2017, following the acquisition of Carey S.A. Luxembourg.

Bernice has a bachelor degree in business studies, is a qualified accountant and a member of the ACCA.
