Meet Lucy:Lucy Hendy
I joined Equiom as a fresh graduate in September 2014 as an Assistant Administrator in the Compliance Team. I was pleased to be promoted to Administrator in January 2016, after which the opportunity to move to the Financial Crime Prevention Team arose in May 2016. I spent two and a half years working in that team, which included a promotion to Senior Administrator in January 2018. Later that year, I undertook secondments in our Malta and Guernsey offices, which I thoroughly enjoyed and gained fantastic experience from. I value the opportunities I have been given to travel in my various roles at Equiom and I am especially grateful for Equiom’s support of my personal and professional development, sponsoring me through two International Diplomas with the International Compliance Association. The support packages offered make development really accessible to staff. The relationships I have built over the past few years with my colleagues at Equiom across the globe are valuable to me. We work hard together and enjoy socialising and celebrating our successes; Equiom is a welcoming environment in which I have made some friends for life.
