Trainee/Assistant Administrator - Client Services

Job purpose & overall objective
This role involves providing support to the trust and company administration team. Responsibilities will include under the guidance and review of the team, preparing payment instructions, drafting routine correspondence, taking phone calls, providing general office support and developing a basic knowledge of trust and company administration.

The successful candidate will be seeking to commence their career in financial services, have an interest in learning about trust and company administration and be willing to work towards a professional qualification. Strong organisational, time management and communication skills, both written and verbal are essential.
