Senior Manager – New Business
New Business, Based in the UK
Job purpose & overall objective
This role involves generating new business growth both locally and potentially within targeted international markets, meeting individual objectives and contributing to the delivery of the group’s overall organic growth target. Responsibilities will include supporting various teams within the business in delivering new product initiatives, improving revenue, identifying alternative routes to market, and ensuring compliance with company standards, policies and procedures.
Are you the person for this role?
Based in the UK, the successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate success in network development, new client acquisition and retention along with strong business development and presentations skills. An understanding of the risk management framework applicable in the fiduciary services industry is also required. The ideal candidate will hold or be working towards an industry relevant qualification, for example STEP/ICSA.
