Senior Administrator- New Business
New Business, Equiom Jersey
Job purpose & overall objective
This role involves working as part of our new business team, based in Jersey, with multi-jurisdictional responsibilities. Duties will include providing new clients with an exceptional service and ensuring their onboarding and transition into Equiom is seamless. The role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities including assisting with the preparation of client proposals, building client relationships, accurate administration and client due diligence as well as supporting the new business team with local networking events and communications.
Are you the person for this role?
The successful candidate will be seeking to build on their experience in trust and company administration and be committed to working in a challenging, fast paced and client focused team. The role requires being able to demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years' previous experience in a trust and company environment and ideally hold or be studying towards a relevant industry qualification, for example STEP or ICSA.
