Senior Administrator - Client Services

Job purpose & overall objective

This role involves administering a portfolio of clients with minimum supervision and demonstrating commercial acumen. Responsibilities will include liaising with clients and intermediaries in relation to a variety of transactions, including drafting company minutes, trustee resolutions and standard correspondence as part of general client administration. Key responsibilities will also include maintaining client records in our client management system, annual reviews, distribution checklists, interpretation of investment reviews and completion of action points, making international payments and opening bank accounts. 

Are you the person for this role? 

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ previous experience in a similar role within the CSP industry and hold or be working towards an industry relevant qualification such as STEP or ICSA. Excellent verbal and written communication and organisation skills are required. Knowledge of tax compliance and tax structuring is desirable and previous knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision is advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.
