Project Manager - Business Transformation

Job purpose & overall objective

This role involves driving the planning, delivery, control and review stages of project work throughout the group. Responsibilities will include the co-ordination of resources and communication, handling multiple projects at once, negotiating with stakeholders to enable workstream resources to undertake project deliverables and ensuring compliance with company standards, policies and procedures. The project manager will also help to develop and motivate other team members by involving them in decisions and processes.

Are you the person for this role?

The ideal candidate will hold the PRINCE2 qualification and have a minimum of 3 years’ previous experience acting as project manager for a medium or large scale business across multiple jurisdictions with particular focus on delivering IT, operational and regulatory projects. Being an organised, dynamic, strong communicator and relationship builder with exceptional attention to detail is essential. Previous experience working in a fiduciary environment is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
