Operations Director

Job purpose & overall objective

This role involves proactively developing a results driven, high integrity culture and driving the business to achieve its strategic vision. Responsibilities include, the effective operational management of five service delivery departments ensuring they achieve and exceed their revenue and clients' expectations, cementing client relationships and unlocking potential organic revenue growth.

Are you the person for this role?

The successful candidate will be a qualified chartered accountant with previous experience delivering commercial strategic solutions within the financial services sector. Previous experience managing various accounting and shared services projects while adhering to deadlines and utilising best practise techniques is also required. Excellent communication skills, a strong results orientated work ethic and an ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced multinational environment is essential for this role.
