Human Resources Generalist & Office Manager

Job purpose & overall objective
This role involves working closely with the HR team to ensure a high quality service is delivered to the business. Responsibilities will include HR administration, office management and supporting the regional talent acquisition team with recruitment and on-boarding administration.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated team player with previous experience in a similar role and a willingness to learn. Excellent communication skills including written and spoken Japanese and English are essential. Good time management skills are required for this role.
