Job purpose & overall objective

The main objective of this role is to assist with a range of duties on behalf of clients. Duties include accurately processing files to strict deadlines and liaising with numerous internal and external customers. The department performs a variety of functions for clients and offers a varied and enjoyable workload making extensive use of the latest technology.

Are you the person for this role?

The ideal candidate will be educated to a minimum of Higher Grade and be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail, strong IT and communication skills. Good organisational and time management abilities with a professional and positive approach to clients are required. Prior data handling experience is desirable however not essential as full comprehensive training will be given.
