Administrator - Client Services

Client Services, Equiom Isle of Man

Job purpose & overall objective

This role involves providing support to the client services team in administering a portfolio of clients. Responsibilities will include undertaking a variety of routine tasks, including drafting company minutes, trustee resolutions and standard correspondence as part of general client administration. Maintaining client records in our client management system, making payments and opening bank accounts will also form part of this role.

Are you the person for this role? 

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years’ previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the fiduciary or financial services sector. A minimum of 5 GCSE’s at grades A to C (including mathematics and English) is essential for this role. The successful candidate will be an organised and efficient administrator, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
