Stephen plays a key role in ensuring change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage through the application of his experience and knowledge of change management principles, PRINCE2 methodologies and tools.
He ensures that the business operates in line with changes in IT and associated legislation and ensures IT and change-related risks are identified, reviewed regularly and mitigated in accordance with risk and compliance policies. Stephen is also responsible for the implementation and maintenance of an effective governance and management structure and the associated policies, processes and controls.
Stephen has over 30 years’ experience working in IT, software development, change and the integration of businesses through M&A's, primarily within financial services. His experience includes integrating many mergers and acquisitions across the globe, and providing a wide-range of high quality and cost effective IT services to companies and their clients worldwide.
