Jeremy Fearnley

Jeremy has overall responsibility for Equiom’s acquisitive growth strategy.

Jeremy is responsible for driving Equiom’s global strategy and leading the global acquisition and integration team, as well as the wider business transformation team, to ensure that its strategic objectives are met. Working closely with other members of the global leadership team, Jeremy ensures that Equiom is building relationships and executing deals with high quality, complementary businesses that increase Equiom’s geographical reach and service line offerings.

Jeremy has more than 20 years’ experience advising on corporate finance transactions in Europe and Asia. Previously Head of M&A and Organic Growth for Asia, Jeremy played a vital role in the growth of the Equiom business in the region. Prior to joining Equiom, Jeremy spent 18 years at KPMG, the last 5 of which as a partner, leading the Mergers and Acquisitions team, where he was responsible for advising clients on M&A, fundraising and capital markets transactions throughout Hong Kong and Southern China.

Based in Hong Kong since 2006, Jeremy has been actively involved in the Private Equity and Start-Up communities for many years and is an active angel investor. He is a master's graduate of Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh and holds a Securities Institute Diploma and is a HKSI-certified Specialist in Corporate Finance.
