Caroline Prow, Managing Director, Equiom Guernsey

Caroline has more than 30 years' international fiduciary experience having held various senior management positions within prominent banks, trust companies, and family offices managing the affairs of high net worth individuals, families and institutional clients across the globe. She works alongside Equiom's relationship management teams assisting their ultra high next worth clients with their complex requirements while ensuring they receive exceptional service.

Kevin Renshaw, Tax Director

Kevin specialises in the establishment and maintenance of international tax structures, particularly the use of entities such as companies, trusts, limited partnerships and LLCs as part of international tax planning strategies. He also has extensive experience in property structures, non-domiciliary planning, tax efficient investment into UK assets and treaty planning.

Monica Dixie, Tax Director

Monica provides UK and Isle of Man tax compliance and advice to Equiom’s clients. She closely monitors international developments including FATCA, CRS and BEPS and supports Equiom’s clients through the potential impact on them.
