Angelo Venardos

Managing Director - Equiom Fiduciary Services Pte. Ltd. 

Angelo will open the seminar and act as Chairman. He joined Equiom following the acquisition of Heritage Trust Group. Angelo's expertise lies in family office, fiduciary and trust services for high-net-worth individuals. As Managing Director, Angelo oversees the key business functions and contributes towards Equiom's business development strategy. 

Helen Woods

Managing Director, Equiom Solutions

Helen is involved in many areas of Isle of Man and UK tax, in particular those relating to offshore trusts and estates. Helen also advises settlors and beneficiaries on the tax effects of receiving distributions and benefits from offshore trusts and on mitigating their tax liabilities. In addition Helen is involved in providing both UK and Isle of Man individuals with estate planning advice, advising non-UK domiciliaries and general tax consultancy advice for both Isle of Man and UK individuals.

Kevin Renshaw

Director - Tax, Equiom Isle of Man

Kevin has over 20 years’ experience in professional tax services, advising high net worth clients and companies on all aspects of Isle of Man taxation. He specialises in the establishment and maintenance of international tax structures, particularly the use of Isle of Man entities such as companies, trusts, limited partnerships and LLCs as part of international tax planning strategies. He also has extensive experience in property structures, non-domiciliary planning, tax efficient investment into UK assets and treaty planning.
