Team Leader – Fund Administration


We are recruiting for a Team Leader - Fund Administration in our Luxembourg office.

Job purpose & overall objective

This role involves working as a key member of the alternative fund administration team, undertaking the full end to end, in-house provision of fund administration services to clients. Responsibilities will include the calculation, production, review and sign-off of NAV calculations and other work performed by team members prior to external delivery to clients, auditors and regulators.  Managing, supporting and developing Equiom's client relationships will form an important part of this role as well as supervisory responsibilities for other staff members.

Are you the person for this role?

The ideal candidate will hold a minimum BAC +3 in accounting, economics or finance and have a minimum of 5 years’ previous experience in a fund administration role. The individual will be fluent in English (plus French or German is desirable), with strong organisational, interpersonal and analytical skills and work well independently and as part of a team. A sound knowledge of financial products and markets within the regulatory environment in Luxembourg is also required.
