Data Administrators - Client Accounting

Due to continued expansion across the group, we are recruiting for four Data Administrators in our Scotland office.


Job purpose and overall objective

To be responsible for accurately processing accounting data to strict deadlines and liaising with numerous internal stakeholders in the production of client accounting. The department performs a variety of functions for its clients and offers a varied and enjoyable workload making extensive use of the latest technology.

Main or key responsibilities

  • Processing client documents as required through the designated client accounting system
  • Ensuring the timely receipt and processing of all data in accordance with set deadlines
  • Sending and monitoring all data in line with departmental procedures
  • Handling data in accordance with software profiles
  • Verifying data
  • Managing customer databases and associated administration
  • Providing support to internal stakeholders

Essential experience or qualifications

  • Educated to minimum of Higher Grade or equivalent 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel)

Desirable experience or qualifications

  • Prior experience of handling and processing sensitive data
